Tourist Visa Requirement

For the first item, a passport:

  1. a) Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your planned departure date, and you must have your prior passports with you. Please remember to include at least two blank pages in your passport to accommodate visa stamps.

Do (b)bring all copies of previously issued passports and visas. A if you have any.

As a third option, a stale passport may be acceptable. Join your expired passports together. All candidates must provide a passport photocopy, including the first and final pages.

The actual letter issued by the authorities of that nation should be submitted if a visa request is refused, per point (d) above.

One visa application form, printed front and back, completely filled out, and signed by the Applicant. You must also complete and submit an auxiliary application form in addition to the Visa application.

 Camera Requirements:

Two current, matte or semi-matte, passport-sized photos.

Photos should have a white backdrop, no frame, and 3.60–80% of the face should be in view (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

Photos should be no more than three months old, scanned or stapled, and should not have been used for any other visas.

Covering-Letter

A candidate’s name, passport number, position, and reason for travel were all required components of the cover letter form. Be sure to specify who is paying for everything by writing a check made out to “Armenian High Commission, New Delhi, India” covering everything like travel, lodging, and meals. The kind of visa you are applying for must be included in the subject line.

Forwarding Letter: Invitation Letter: (If Any)

Application letters should include the applicant’s full name, designation, passport number, travel dates, destination, length of stay, and total cost of trip. Authorization to Send Letter / No Objection Certificate from the Applicant’s Employer detailing the length of the visit on the Employer’s Letterhead.

  1. a) Someone who is going on their first trip, or who is the owner of a business that requires frequent travel It is necessary to provide both the original certificate of incorporation and a certified English translation of the same.

(8)Money: A legitimate copy of the most recent six months’ bank statements will have the bank’s name, phone number, and an approved seal and signature. (an electronic statement is not acceptable) If the company is footing the bill for the trip, a letter of support from the company is required.

The latest six months of the employer’s bank statements and a contact number should be included. verification of current and previous six months’ pay by official bank statement or personal bank statement.
