Two recent pictures, passport size, must be sent with no borders (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm). You shouldn’t attach the images to the application form using a stapler.

The picture must be at most three months old and cannot have been used for a visa application in the past.

A cover letter is a letter that introduces the main Letter and provides an overview of the visit’s purpose and schedule.

You’ll need a documented itinerary detailing your planned travels or a voucher from a legitimate tour company to apply for a tourist visa.

Visa must include the applicant’s name, position, passport number, visa purpose, and length in a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the corporate letterhead.

Documentation of Employment: Company registration document for first-time travelers and sole proprietors (original and notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

The duplicate office I.D. and guest pass.

Legal documentation includes

  • a marriage license,
  • birth certificates for any children, and
  • death certificates for former spouses.

Personal and business bank statements from the last six months; the bank’s name and phone number should be included.
