Business Visa Requirement

Applicants seeking multiple visas valid for up to a year must provide a copy of a letter of invitation from a firm in Kazakhstan (same for double and triple entry visas). The inviting firm in Kazakhstan has to send the letter to the Directorate of Consular Services in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. You must provide the Consular Section with the reference number issued by the Department of Consular Services to the hosting organization. In addition to the resume, prospective visitors should provide a cover letter from the applicant’s employer outlining the purpose of the visit and giving background on the host business.

Visa paperwork that has been filled out (one per person). Your application may only be accepted if you complete all required fields.

Passport (no photocopies) that has at least one blank visa page. Your passport should have at least six months remaining on it after the expiration date of the visa you want to use.

Attach a single passport-sized picture of the applicant to the top right corner of the application.
