Business Visa Requirement

Business visas are necessary.

Passport: Passports must be valid for travel at least six months beyond the expiration date and must have at least two empty pages to insert the visa.

Previous passport(s) and visa(s) issued (or copies thereof).

Russian Visa Application Form:

The application form for the visa must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

Two recent passport-sized images must meet the following criteria: matte or semi-matte finish; 60–80% face coverage; white background; no border; (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

The picture you provide must be at most three months old, in electronic form (scanned or stapled), and must not have been used for any other visa application.

Cover Letter

A letter attached to the application includes the name, position, passport number, purpose, and identity of the person or organization paying for all aspects of the trip. Written: The Visa Officer, Russian Embassy in Dhaka.

The original and a copy of the Invitation for Entry issued by the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation. Invitees can be individuals or organizations in the Russian Federation, such as businesses or universities. No consideration is given to copies. Tourist vouchers and Confirmations of Receiving a Foreign Tourist from Russian travel agencies registered with the Russian Federation’s Consular Service must be shown as originals by anyone planning to visit Russia for tourist reasons.

No Objection Certificate (N.O.C.): A letter from the applicant’s company’s authorities, printed on the company’s letterhead, stating the visitor’s name, position, passport number, the purpose of travel, and length of stay.

Documentation proving enrollment or acceptance into a program at the educational institution from which the visa is being requested, such as a student I.D. card (if student)

If the applicant is a first-time flyer or a lone entrepreneur, they must provide evidence of employment.

Papers proving incorporation of a company (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

Photocopies of your employee and visitor identification cards.

Statements from the individual or business bank showing all transactions for the last six months, including the bank’s name and phone number, are required as part of the financial documents.

W-2 form for the last six months of employment. (If relevant)
