Business Visa Requirement

Please include your original passport, valid for travel for at least six months beyond your scheduled departure date. You’ll need at least two blank pages in your passport for visa stamps.

Japanese Visa Application Form

The applicant must personally complete and sign a visa application form.

Two current passport pictures with the following criteria must be submitted with your application: matte or semi-matte finish; 60–80% facial coverage; white backdrop; no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

Photographs must be scanned or stapled and not used for other visa applications in the last three months.

Cover Letter

 A letter from the applicant detailing their identity, position, passport number, the reason for travel, and who will be financially responsible for all aspects of the trip (including but not limited to airfare, hotel, incidentals, and meals).

Forwarding-Letter

The applicant’s name, passport number, contact information, designation, the purpose of the visit, and the length of time it will last must all be included in a letter / NOC from the applicant’s business authority on company letterhead.
