Business Visa Requirement

Original Passport with six months’ worth of validity after your planned return date and two blank pages for visa processing.

The ideal photograph will have a white background, no border, and cover between 60 and 80% of the subject’s face (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Be sure to include a cover letter with your application that includes your full name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, and the name and contact information of the person(s) who will be footing the bill for your trip. Address the letter to the Visa Officer at the Cambodian Embassy in New Delhi. The kind of visa required must be included in the Email’s subject line.

Travel Documents: A detailed daily itinerary or voucher from a legitimate tour company.

Confirmation of Profession:

A letter from the office (e.g., a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letterhead pad) that includes the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, length of travel, sponsorship status, and other relevant information is called a forwarding letter. Mail should be sent to the Visa Officer at the Cambodian Embassy in New Delhi.

A trade license, certificate of incorporation, or memorandum is required if you are self-employed or operate a firm.

Visitor’s photocopy of official identification card (3 copies)

Proof of funds must be provided in the form of a six-month salary or personal bank statement with the bank’s name, phone number, and authorized bank seal and signature visible (e-statement is not acceptable)
