Tourist Visa Requirement

An original Passport is required, with at least two blank pages for processing visas and a minimum validity period of six months beyond the planned departure date.

A white background, no borders, and a matt or semi-matt surface are required for photographs (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Covering Letter: A letter from the applicant outlining their name, position, passport number, the reason for traveling, and who will be footing the bill for the trip’s expenditures, including transportation and hotel. The Letter should be sent to the visa officer at the Cambodian Embassy in New Delhi. The visa category must be included in the subject line.

Travel information: A travel voucher from a reputable tour operator or a day-by-day trip plan.

Occupation Evidence:

A letter from the office, such as a NOC or LOI, on the company’s letterhead pad that includes the applicant’s name, title, passport number, the reason for the visit, expected length, sponsorship status, and other essential details. The visa officer at the Embassy of Cambodia in New Delhi is the recipient.

You will need a trade license, a certificate of incorporation, or a memorandum if you are self-employed or a company owner.

Copy of visitor’s or office ID card (3 documents)

Financials: Authentic copies of personal and salary bank statements for the last six months that include the name, phone number, authorized bank seal, and signature of the issuing institution (e-statement is not acceptable)

A six-month bank statement for the company that includes the name and phone number of the Bank (if the business owner is self-employed).

Based on your vacation dates, an itinerary for a return flight.

Make a reservation at a hotel for the whole of your vacation.
