Business Visa Requirement

Original, up-to-current passport valid for travel for at least six months beyond your intended departure date and has at least two blank visa pages.

Any previously issued passport(s) or visa(s).

The Chinese local government must authorize the issuing body before it may issue invitation letters (Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit)

A forwarding letter/NOC from the applicant’s corporate authority stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and length of visit on the firm’s letterhead.

The following items constitute evidence of occupancy whether the petitioner is the first occupant or the owner: Certificate of Incorporation/Registration for Business Purposes (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
