Tourist Visa Requirement

Passport: A passport at least six months valid beyond your intended departure date and with at least two blank pages dedicated to visa stamps is essential.

A reproduction of all previously issued passports and visas.

Don’tRemember to send any previous passports you’ve had (if any). For visa denials, the actual government letter is authoritative. A visa application form for Russia must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

Current, semi-matt, passport-sized images taken within the last six months are required.

The picture you provide must be recent (within the last three months), scanned/stapled, and never used for a visa application before.

Cover Letter: A letter included with the application that provides for the name, position, passport number, purpose, and financial responsibility for the whole trip. Thank you for your application, which has been sent to the Visa Officer at the Russian Embassy in Dhaka.

The original and a duplicate of the Invitation for Entry issued by the Federal Migration Agency of the Russian Federation. Invitees in the Russian Federation may be individuals, businesses, or educational institutions. Duplicates are not considered. Visitors planning a tourist trip to Russia must present an original Tourism Voucher or Confirmation of Receiving a Foreign Tourist issued by a Russian travel agency registered with the Russian Federation’s Consular Department.

A forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s corporate authority, printed on the firm’s letterhead, that includes the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, the reason for travel, and length of stay is required.

Typically, visa applications need to be accompanied by either a student card or other confirmation of enrollment in the school or by a letter from the school itself (if the student is one)

Documentation of Employment: Company registration document for first-time travelers and sole proprietors (original notarized English translation and original photocopy).

The duplicate office I.D. and guest pass.

Regarding finances, please provide a six-month bank statement for your business or personal account, with the bank’s name and phone number.

Check stubs for the last six months of work (If applicable)
