A Salvadoran or foreign national who is a legal resident of El Salvador is required to act as a counterpart (Guarantor) for the passengers and submit a request in person to the Bureau of Migration DGM along with the following items:

7) Create a legible duplicate of all the pages that have been utilized in the passport;
