Business Visa Requirement

Passport:

Passport (original) valid for travel for at least six months after the departure date, with at least two blank pages to insert visa.

Visa and passport copies from previous trips.

Bring in your expired passports.

Submission of an Application for a Visa:

One completely filled-out application for a visa (Photocopy allowed). Here you may find the visa application form you need to download.

Photo:

A minimum of two passport-sized photos were taken within the last two months. Pictures with a matt or semi-matte finish should have a white backdrop, no borders, and cover the subject’s face by 60–80%. (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Covering-Letter:

Name, Title, Passport Number, Purpose of Trip, and Who Will Pay for It All Must Be Included in a Cover Letter From the Applicant. Submissions should be sent to the Visa Officer, Gabon Embassy. Please include the Visa Category in the subject line.

Greetings and Invitation:

A letter on the company’s letterhead from your host in Gabon, including contact information and a statement of your trip’s purpose, length of stay, and who will pay for lodging and utilities while you’re there (if sponsored by the Gabon company). Copies of the invitee’s passport and driver’s license or state I.D. card show they are legally allowed to work in the country.

Security Clearance:

Those who do not have a valid police clearance certificate are not permitted to enter the country.
