1. Passports must have at least three months remaining on the expiration date before departure from Bulgaria. An applicant’s submission is onlyomplete wiwith photocopy of their Passport’s first and final pages.
2. An original or certified copy of any previously issued passport(s) or visa(s)

To apply for a visa, you must submit a visa application form, which must be filled out and signed in all capital letters using English. Please respond to each question on the form and, if necessary, continue the response on a separate paper page.

3.Photo

You must provide two passport-sized color photos and three business cards with a photo (3x4cm, white backdrop).

Coverage of the face is between 60% and 80%, with a subtle background and no outline (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

4. A cover letter from the applicant outlining their name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, and who will be responsible for financing the trip’s expenditures. Address: Bulgaria High Commission, New Delhi, India. The kind of visa required must be included in the Email’s subject line.
5. Employment Verification Letter (NOC/LOI) on company letterhead with the applicant’s name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, length of trip, sponsorship details, and other relevant information. Conversation with the Visa Officer at the Bulgarian Embassy in New Delhi.

6. Letter of Invitation

Invitee’s full name, Bulgarian street address, and phone number on a invitation letter from the host firm, family, or friend.

The recipient’s passport or residence identification card.

7. Monetary information: a recent six-month pay stub or personal bank statement with the bank’s name and phone number prominently displayed.

Bank Statements from Employer Firm for the Last Six Months, Including the Bank’s Name and Contact Information. If your firm is footing the bill for your trip, of course.
