Business Visa Requirement

Business visas are necessary.

Passport: Passports must be valid for travel at least six months beyond the expiration date and must have at least two blank pages to insert the visa.

Job Validation

Office letter (e.g., NOC/LOI letter on organization letterhead pad) detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, length of trip, sponsorship status, and other relevant information to be sent to the relevant authorities. This letter is being sent to the “Visa Officer, Romanian Embassy in New Delhi, India.”

  1. a) A trade license, certificate of incorporation, and memorandum are mandatory documents for everyone who operates a company or is self-employed.
  2. b) A duplicate of the guest’s official identification card (3 copies).

An original bank statement (salary) or personal bank statement from the last six months, including the bank’s name, telephone number, and approved bank seal and signature, is required as part of the financial documentation (e-statement is unacceptable).

Statements from the Employer’s Bank Accounts during the Last Six Months Please include the Bank’s Name and Phone Number (if the employer sponsors the trip).

Your ticket booking has been confirmed for the date you specified.

Your hotel booking for the length of your trip has been confirmed.

Visitors to Romania on a single or multiple entry visa must have a medical evacuation, emergency medical care, and hospitalization charges covered by their insurance policy throughout their stay.

Applicants for multiple entry visas must provide two signed statements, one documenting their first visit to Romania and the other covering any future trips.

Any minimum coverage amount must be more than 30,000 Euros.
