What Kind of Business Visa Do You Need?

Useful Passport Pages: The original passport must be valid for travel for at least six months beyond the departure date, have two blank visa pages, and be free of any stamps or markings (photocopy of the first, second, and last pages).

The Applicant is responsible for providing correct information on the visa application form and signing it before submitting it.

A photocopy of the invitee’s picture identification card: The Invited Authorizing Signatory must provide identification while signing the invitation. If the signatory is a Nigerian, they must provide a copy of their passport; if they are a foreign person, they must also provide a copy of their Work/Residence Permit.

Registration Card for Business Guests: A copy of the Nigerian company’s incorporation certificate should be sent to the Embassy immediately to expedite the visa application process.

Forwarding Letter from Employer: A formal letter from the firm approving the trip and detailing its purpose. The letter should also incorporate the Applicant’s desire. The Nigerian High Commission Visa Officer in New Delhi should get your correspondence.

Pay stub from the prior six months.

Authentic personal or payroll bank statements from the last six months, including the bank’s name, phone number, and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

Authentic or scanned copies of the sponsor’s (invitee’s/employer’s/anyone else’s) most recent six months’ bank statements must include the bank’s name, phone number, and signature.

Evidence of financial resources is a passport with a foreign exchange endorsement (minimum USD 500). (along with a duplicate of it).

Flight schedule for plane tickets: Flight confirmation on the trip back (along with a photocopy)

A hotel reservation is a confirmed, prearranged stay at a hotel or resort that fits the travel schedule.
