Passport:

Original passports must have a validity date of at least six months after the date of departure. For visa stamps, you’ll need at least two blank pages in your passport.

Each application form includes the sender’s full name, passport number, position held, and reason for travel. Provide an explanation of who will pay for everything, including airfare, lodging, and anything else, and send it to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Afghanistan, Dhaka.” Please include the Visa Category in the subject line.
