Business Visa Requirement

  1. Passport

 A valid, original passport that is six months or more in the future from the date of departure, with at least two blank pages for visa stamping, is necessary.

  1. A reproduction of all previously issued passports and/or visas.

The information in the initial letter provided by the country’s authorities is given priority in case of a visa denial.

The candidate must complete and sign the Danish visa application form.

The picture you provide must be at most three months old, in electronic form (scanned or stapled), and must not have been used for any other visa application.

  1. Application Cover Letter: A letter attached to the application that includes the name, position, passport number, purpose, and the identity of the person or organization paying for all aspects of the trip. Please forward this letter to the Danish Embassy Visa Officer in Dhaka.

Documentation proving enrollment or acceptance into a program at the educational institution from which the visa is being requested, such as a student ID card (if student)

  1. Documentation of Employment: a. A business registration certificate, if the applicant is a sole owner or first-time tourist (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

Photocopies of your employee and visitor identification cards.
