1. Proof of travel:

Passport (original) with six months validity beyond the intended departure date and two blank pages for visa stamping.

Any previously issued passport(s) or visa(s).

All Previous Passports (b) (if any).

When a visa is rejected, it’s best to have the actual letter from the country’s authorities rather than a copy.The candidate must complete and sign a visa application form for Belgium.

2. Photo

Two recent passport-sized photographs with a matte or semi-matte finish, with a white background and no border, and 60-80% face coverage are required (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

To avoid rejection, your visa application will need a new picture that is less than three months old, has been professionally scanned or stapled, and has yet to be used in other visa applications.

The application must be accompanied by a cover letter detailing the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, the reason for travel, and a declaration of who will be responsible for funding the full cost of the trip. Send correspondence to the Belgian Embassy Visa Officer in Dhaka.

Proof of a family relationship with the host and your association with the person or organization that extended the invitation should be included in the invitation letter along with the Date, duration, and purpose of your visit. (If relevant)

The applicant must provide a forwarding letter/NOC from the appropriate authority at their place of employment on business letterhead, which includes the applicant’s name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, length of stay, and other relevant information.

A visa approval letter from the school or a student I.D. card/proof of enrollment (if student)

6.Proof of the applicant’s legal standing:

Legal documentation of marriage (such as a “Nika Namah” for Muslims or a “wedding deed” for Hindus, both translated) for those who claim to be married

There is a need for your travel insurance to cover the whole Schengen area, which brings us to point number 11. The insurance pays up to 30,000 EUR in medical, hospitalization, and repatriation costs. The insurance policy must cover the length of their trip to the Schengen area.
