  1. Proof of travel:

Passport (original) with six months validity beyond the intended departure date and two blank pages for visa stamping.

The applicant must provide a forwarding letter/NOC from the appropriate authority at their place of employment on business letterhead, which includes the applicant’s name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, length of stay, and other relevant information.

There is a need for your travel insurance to cover the whole Schengen area, which brings us to point number 11. The insurance pays up to 30,000 EUR in medical, hospitalization, and repatriation costs. The insurance policy must cover the length of their trip to the Schengen area.
