Visa Application for the Philippines:

Cover Letter

 A letter attached to the application includes the name, position, passport number, purpose, and identity of the person or organization paying for all aspects of the trip. It was sent to the Visa Officer at the Philippine Embassy in Dhaka.

An official corporate letterhead with a forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority that includes the applicant’s name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, length of stay, and other relevant information.

Certificate of Company Registration – Employment Verification (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original)

Evidence of financial stability in the form of an original bank statement (either business or personal) from a financial institution with a name and phone number for the preceding six months. The need for a Certificate of Bank Solvency is also essential.
