Business Visa Requirement

These are the bare minimum documents required by the designated Embassy or consulate. To improve your visa approval prospects, you may provide supplementary materials relevant to the category under which your trip falls. 1) Passport: A passport valid for at least six months beyond your intended travel date and with at least two blank pages for visa stamps is essential.

2)A reproduction of all previously issued passports and visas.

Put in all your passports, including the ones you’ve already used (if any). The information in the initial letter provided by the country’s authorities is given priority in case of a visa denial.

The candidate must fill out and sign an Estonia visa application form.

3) your images should be current, passport-sized, matte or semi-matte in quality, cover 60% – 80% of your face, have a white background, and have no borders (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

4)The picture you provide must be at most three months old, in electronic form (scanned or stapled), and must not have been used for any other visa application.

An application’s cover letter should include the applicant’s full name, position, passport number, the reason for the trip, and the name of the person or organization paying for the applicant’s travel, housing, and any associated charges. All correspondence should be sent to the Visa Officer at the Estonian Embassy in Dhaka.

5) A letter from the inviting company or organization that describes the purpose of the trip (meetings, conferences, training, or business-related events).

6) Forwarding Letter: a. A letter from an authorised corporate representative on the employer’s letterhead includes the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, the purpose of travel, and length of stay.

7) Documentation of Employment: a. Company registration certificate for first-time business travellers and sole proprietors (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original). Photocopies of your employee and visitor identification cards.

8) Bank statements from the last six months (either personal or business) that include the name and phone number of the issuing bank.

9)Pay stubs over the last six months. (If relevant)
