Business Visa Requirement

  1. Applicants must fill out and sign the application to apply for a visa. Please ensure that your picture is up to date and fits the specifications of a passport. For the Visa Application Form, click here.

The passport’s validity date must be at least six months after entry into Cyprus. Even older passports may be required.

  1. A duplicate of the return tickets that have been sent or verified.
  2. An introduction letter explaining your interest in visiting Cyprus (i.e., the subject that will be discussed, duration of trip,sponsorship of air ticket, travel expenses).
  3. At least two thousand euros in cash (original and duplicate) must be endorsed in the passport for a fifteen day stay in Cyprus. The endorsement has to specify Cyprus as the intended recipient. (Original and copy of salary certificate and tax declaration; international credit cards with statements; traveler’s checks; foreign currency)
  4. A bank certificate and six months’ worth of original bank statements.
  5. A detailed letter of verification from the applicant’s current workplace or business.
  6. Business papers, including a Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificate.
  7. A receipt from a hotel in Cyprus verifying the reservation made in connection with the application. The hotel should fax the High Commission with the confirmation.
  8. You must provide the Cyprus High Commission with an official letter of invitation (with specifications) from your business partner in Cyprus.

Certain situations may necessitate requesting more paperwork. The Cypriot government requires a visa for visitors from Bangladesh.

In person submission is required to get a Cyprus visa.
