Two completed visa applications are required, with the originals requiring no scratches or stains.

Gather three passport-sized recent photographs and have your face well-lit against a white backdrop.

A complete passport page photocopy at least three months old (Duly attested by the renowned notary public, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then Translated into Spanish by an authorized translator).

An authorized bank representative must sign an original letter from the applicant’s bank attesting to the applicant’s financial soundness and containing the bank’s official seal.

Please provide a copy of your most recent tax return if you are a single proprietor (Duly attested by the renowned notary public, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then Translated into Spanish by an authorized translator).

Another photo identification proving the applicant’s residency in Bangladesh (voter ID, driver’s license, etc.).

All foreign nationals invited to Panama must provide the following documents: a letter of invitation from Panama, a copy of the Cedula self-attested by a Panamanian resident, a copy of the passport, a copy of any public bill proving the invitee’s residence address, and a letter of bank solvency from a Panamanian resident. In the event of a Company Invitation, the following documents must be submitted: a letter of invitation from the Panamanian company duly signed by the authorized official; a copy of the Panamanian resident’s Cedula ID; copies of the public registry/incorporation; copies of critical operations; and a letter from the Panamanian company’s bank certifying that it has sufficient funds (Translate In Spanish).

Application/company letter detailing why a trip to Panama is necessary:

A letter from your employer or government agency and your most recent pay stub are required if you claim income tax benefits.

If retired, the payment and receiving of a pension.

If you are a student, you must provide a statement from your school outlining your current course load, vacation dates, and authorization to travel either during or after your break.

Proof of relationship certification, a letter from the Guardian’s bank certifying that they are solvent, and a notarized statement that the family or Guardian is responsible for all of the dependent’s costs are all required in the event of a dependant.

For criteria 4, 5, and 9, you’ll need papers validated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dhaka, translated into Spanish by a certified translation service, and then notarized by a respected Notary Public.

Keeping this in mind is crucial:

All candidates must provide jpeg scans of the required materials on a CD (which should be at most 5 MB.)

The original and a copy or two sets of documentation.

Panama takes around 20-30 days to review and approve paperwork once sent there.

The Embassy must be informed if the applicant already has a valid visa for the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, or Australia.
