1. An original passport valid for travel for at least six months beyond your planned departure date, with at least two blank pages to insert your visa. Please include a copy of any previously issued passports and visas in addition to the current key.
2. Affix all your expired passports to this b) (if any).

If a visa application is denied, the original letter issued by the relevant authorities of the nation in question should be provided, together with all relevant facts. Have at least three empty pages. 

3. Visa Application Form with applicant’s completed information and signature.
4. Recent, white background, passport-sized pictures without borders (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm). Attaching images to the application form without the use of staples is appreciated.

Any picture you provide must be older than three months old and not have been used for any prior visa applications.

5. Cover Letter

A letter explaining why you’re visiting and when you’ll be there.

A business trip to another nation requires a letter of invitation from a host or firm there. A tour ticket or complete trip itinerary from an approved travel agency is required to apply for a tourist visa.

6. You must prove that your medical travel visa insurance covers you for at least 30,000 Euros across the Schengen region. The policy’s validity term must be clearly stated and extended throughout the trip, beginning on the day of departure and ending on the day of arrival.
7. Letter of Forwarding

 a)Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s firm authority on the business’s letterhead, giving the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and length of stay.

3. a) Certificate of Incorporation or Registration of a Business (original document with English translation certified by a notary public and a photocopy of the original document).

9. Legal documentation establishing your civil status, such as a marriage license, birth certificate, and death certificate.
10. Tenth, a copy of your most recent six months’ worth of bank statements (both personal and business), with the bank’s name and phone number displayed.
