A Macedonian visa is not required for foreign nationals holding a valid multiple-entry Schengen visa type C (valid for all Schengen member countries), a valid U.K. visa, a valid USA visa, or a valid Canadian visa that is valid for at least five days beyond the intended period of stay in the Republic of Macedonia. However, subsequent stays in the Republic of Macedonia may be at most 15 days.

Suppose an alien has permanent residency in a country member of the European Union or the Schengen Area. In that case, they do not need a visa to enter the territory of the Republic of Macedonia even if they have a valid travel document from a third country that requires a visa for Entry into the Republic of Macedonia.
