United Kingdom Visa Application Form:

The visa application form must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

Two recent passport-sized photographs that meet the following specifications: matte or semi-matte finish; 60–80% facial coverage; white background; no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

All visa applications must include a photograph that is no more than three months old, which has been scanned and stapled and has not been used in any other visa application.

The cover letter format required the applicant’s name, passport number, job title, and reason for travel. Addressed to “The Visa Officer, British Embassy, Dhaka,” this letter details who will pay for everything, from airfare and lodging to visa fees. Include the visa category in the email’s subject line.

Invitation Letter: (If Any)

A forwarding letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority is required, printed on the company’s letterhead, stating the visitor’s name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, and length of stay.

Proof of enrollment or enrollment letter from the school, such as a student I.D. card, is required to apply for a visa (if student)

If the applicant is a business owner or a first-time traveler, a copy of the company registration certificate must be provided as proof of occupation (original notarized English translation and original photocopy).

Photocopies of your employee and visitor identification cards.

Documentation: Six-month bank statement (personal or business) with name and phone number of issuing bank.
