Please bring your original passport, valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date, and all previously issued passports. Be sure to bring at least three blank pages with visa stamps.

Letter of invitation/tour schedule

The company supplies an official letter of invitation. The organization verifies the trip’s goals and duration. Visa must stress the importance of travel.

We also required the invitee’s valid government-issued photo ID.

Visa-required health coverage while abroad:

Assurance of at least €30,000 in coverage throughout the entire Schengen area. Visa must clearly state the policy’s duration. It must be valid for the entire trip, from the moment you land until you leave.

Recommendation Letter 

the letter must include the applicant’s name, passport number, designation purpose, and length of stay in a letter from the applicant’s company authority on company letterhead.

Verification of Employment

First-time applicants and sole proprietors must submit a certificate of company registration (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).
