Obtaining a Visa:
The ID1003A and ID1003B applications need to be signed by the applicant. This is the link to the webpage where you may get a visa application: Have a look at this link for further information. The sponsor must sign and seal Form – ID1003B, provide a copy of their Hong Kong identification card, or applicants must fill out the form using information from their Hong Kong invitation letter.
An ID520 (Family History of Applicant) must be filled out and signed by the applicant. Authorization Letter (Must be filled and signed by the applicant).
Two recent passport-sized photos are needed, each with between 60% and 80% facial coverage, a white backdrop, and no border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Application Cover Letter The application cover letter should include the following information: the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, the purpose of the trip, and who will be responsible for paying all associated costs (including but not limited to airfare, hotel, incidentals, and meals).
