Passport:

1. a) Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your planned departure date, and you must have your previous tickets. Please include at least two blank pages in your access to accommodate visa stamps.

Do bring all copies of previously issued passports and visas if you have any.

As a third option, a stale passport may be acceptable. Join your expired passports together. All candidates must provide a passport photocopy, including the first and final pages.

The actual letter issued by the authorities of that nation should be submitted if a visa request is refused, per point (d) above.

The ideal photograph will have a matte or semi-matte finish, a white backdrop, no border, and cover between 60 and 80 percent of the subject’s face (Size: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Covering-Letter:

You must include a cover letter sent to The Visa Officer, Ghana High Commission, New Delhi, India, which has your name, passport number, designation, purpose, and a description of who will pay for your trip (including airfare, hotel, and incidentals). The Visa Category must be included in the subject line.

5Invitation LetterThe company extends the invitation letter. The company verifies the trip’s objectives and length. There needs to be a particular emphasis on travel.

The invitee’s valid government-issued photo identification was also required.

Courier delivery of the original letter to the invitee.

Invitations cannot be scanned or sent because they need to include the required information that the host will verify that the guest complies with Ghanaian law.

You must provide a copy of your reference document with contact information in Ghana. To apply online, you must provide references from at least two people.

Prove Your Profession:

Leave/No Objection Letter: No Objection Certificate/Letter of Invitation on company letterhead, including applicant’s name, position, passport number, the reason for travel, length of stay, sponsorship details, etc. Greetings, Visa Officer at the Ghana High Commission in New Delhi, India.

Documentation proving your status as a businessperson or entrepreneur, such as a trade license, certificate of incorporation, or memorandum.

Identical or photocopied versions of visitor or employee pass (3 copies)

Financials:

A legitimate copy of the most recent six months’ bank statements will have the bank’s name, phone number, approved seal, and signature. (a digital declaration is not permitted) If your company is footing the bill for your vacation, include a copy of your most recent six-month bank statement and a contact number for the company. Verify current and previous six months’ pay by official or personal bank statement.

Ticket

Yellow Fever Vaccination:

Verifiable original yellow fever vaccination record/certificate

The all-clear from the police:

Certificates of police clearance are mandatory for BANGLADESH citizens.
