Despite being a small country, Georgia has a lot to offer. Situated in the Caucasus area of Eurasia, is recognized for its spectacular natural scenery, ancient monuments, breathtaking mountain panoramas, cultural history, and delectable cuisines. A four-night, five-day Georgia travel package would provide an ideal introduction to this wonderful country. The tour begins after arriving in Georgia’s capital city, Tbilisi. After settling into their accommodation, tourists can explore the adjacent downtown streets. Some prominent sites are Narikala Fortress, Sameba Cathedral, and Sulphur Baths. Continuing on the second day of the journey, travelers will be taken on a guided city tour of Tbilisi, including visits to the Metekhi Church, Sioni Cathedral, and Anchiskhati Basilica. Other options include the Georgian National Museum and the Open Air Ethnographic Museum of Georgia. The third day begins with a travel to Kazbegi, a hilly region north of Tbilisi, where you will visit Gergeti Trinity Church, which is located at an elevation of 2170 meters and gives beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The visitors will also see the Ananuri Fortress and the Jinvali Water Reservoir. The fourth day begins with a traditional Georgian breakfast, Khachapuri, followed by a tour to two significant historical sites. One stop is Mtskheta, Georgia’s historic capital, where you can visit the Jvari Monastery and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Following this, we would travel to Uplistsikhe, a historic rock-hewn village dating back to the first millennium BC. On the fifth and last day, we can visit the city markets, buy souvenirs or garments for memories, and then go for the airport. Overall, the four-night, five-day journey to Georgia is an excellent opportunity to discover the beauties of this Eurasian country.

Excursion to Old Tbilisi - largely walking excursion (duration: 2 hours). Metekhi Temple The heroic King VakhtangGorgasali commissioned the construction of the inscribed-cross cathedral in the fifth century. It is spectacularly situated on the rock overlooking the Mtkvari River. Narikala Fortress The cable car will carry you to the top of the mountain to the old ruins of Narikala fortress, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Chardin Street is one of the oldest streets in Tbilisi. This is now a popular gathering spot thanks to its upscale cafes and clubs, as well as its small art salons and galleries. The street received this name in commemoration of the famous French artist, Jean-Baptiste-Simeon Chardin. Old Baths A touch of Old Tbilisi — the Sulfur Baths, erected in the 17th century, have subterranean pavilions topped by beautiful red brick domes with steam from hot springs cascading from their roofs, creating a magnificent ambiance in this ancient district of old residences and interesting stores. A beautiful journey from Gudauri down the Tergi River will take us to Kazbegi, the region's principal town. On the route, we stop by Ananuri Castle and the breathtaking Jinvali Water Reservoir. En route, make a stop to examine some of the local handicrafts. We drove by 4X4 automobiles from Kazbegi to Gergeti Trinity Church, which is located at 2170 meters. Weather permitting, you may catch a view of one of the Caucasus' highest glaciers, Mt Kazbegi (5047m). Finally, return to Tbilisi.
