The First Essential for Travel is a Valid Document:

A photocopy of a passport’s biographical and cover pages that is valid for at least another six months is required.

Don’t forget to include copies of your current visa and any previous passports you’ve used.

Request for a Visa:

The applicant must fill out an online visa application form.

Picture No. 3:

Please provide a single, current, passport-sized picture.

Either a matte or satin sheen,

Photos need to be framed on a white backdrop.

Cover between 60 and 80 percent of the face (Diameter: 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm).

Enclosing Letter

Please include a cover letter with your application that includes the following information: name, passport number, designation purpose, and who will be responsible for covering all costs associated with the trip (including but not limited to airfare, hotel, incidentals, and meals). You should send your correspondence to the Director General of Immigration in Uganda. The Visa Type in the subject line.

An Invitation Letter 

Official Ugandan letterhead with the name and title of the inviting organization’s official representative, explaining the nature of the business trip and the intended length of stay.

Evidence of invitation ee’s identity (copy of card) (Recommended)

Verification of Employment

1. a) Someone going on their first trip or a business owner who will need to do some Original and notarized English translation of the certificate of incorporation, as well as a photocopy of the original, are required.

Visiting cards and a photocopy of your employee I.D. card.

Seventh Letter forwarded:

Office correspondence, such as a letter on the company’s letterhead pad indicating the applicant’s name, position, passport number, reason for travel, proposed length of stay, sponsorship details, etc. It was meant for Uganda’s Director General of Immigration.

A certified or uncertified copy of your company’s formation documents (whether you’re a sole proprietor or business owner).

Certified copy of a government-issued photo identification or guest card.

Cash flow

Paycheck stub or six months’ worth of personal bank statements, including the bank’s name, phone number, and an approved bank seal and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)

Bank statements for the last six months, with the bank’s name and phone number prominently displayed. ((If the travel is paid for by the company) (If the employer pays for the trip)

Reference your ticket’s number

Planned flight path depending on the dates of your trip.

Creating a Hotel Booking:

The dates of your trip will determine your hotel bookings.

We need to see the original Yellow Fever Certificate.
