(1) Travel Document:

Original passports must have a validity date of at least six months after the date of departure. For visa stamps, you’ll need at least two blank pages in your passport.

1. b) Carry with you duplicates of all previously granted passports and visas. Is that the case?

The answer to c) is yes, if you have an outdated passport. Join your expired passports together. The candidates must provide a photocopy of the first and final pages of their passports.

1. d) If a visa application is refused, the original denial letter from the relevant government agencies must be shown.

Recommendation Letter 

The applicant’s name, passport number, purpose, and designation for a visit must be included in a letter / NOC from the applicant’s corporate authority on business letterhead.

Seventhly, Verification of Profession:

A business registration certificate is required whether the applicant is a sole owner or first-time traveler (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original).

The bank’s name, phone number, approved seal, and signature may all be seen on the authentic copy of the bank statement covering the previous six months. (a digital declaration is not permitted) If your company is paying for your vacation, you should get a copy of their most recent six-month bank statement and a contact number.
