Begin and end in Bratislava. The Hiking & Trekking tour Best Slovakia Hiking in 5 Days is a 5-day tour package that takes you through Bratislava, Slovakia, and three additional Slovakian attractions. Best Slovakia Hiking in 5 Days offers both hotel accommodations and an experience. The National Park of Tatras is the oldest protected area in Slovakia, having been established in 1949. It is located in Slovakia’s northern region, which shares borders with Poland. The High Tatras (Vysoké Tatry), with 29 peaks over 2,500 meter’s (8,200 feet), are the only Alpine-type mountains in the entire Carpathian Mountain range, along with the Southern Carpathians, and are often referred to as “the smallest alpine mountains in Europe”. Gerlachovský štít is the highest peak in the High Tatras, measuring 2,655 meters (8.710 feet). The Tatras mountain region is a green natural playground with a lovely mix of environment, history, and attractions in a small, accessible, and safe area. This outdoor paradise provides pristine natural surroundings and optimum relaxation in the midst of mountains, waterfalls, alpine meadows, and over 100 lakes. The paths that span the High Tatras are all well marked with lengths and estimated times, making it simple to choose a route based on everyone’s fitness level and goals.
The High Tatras topped Lonely Planet’s Best in Europe 2019 list, which spotlights the continent’s most intriguing destinations.

Day-01: Depart at Dhaka to Vienna & Transfer from Bratislava/Vienna to High Tatra Mountains. Hike to a waterfall Skok. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Departure from Vienna or Bratislava. The three-hour ride takes us to the northeastern portion of Slovakia, passing via Low Tatras National Park. En route, we will see some of Slovakia's historic and natural landmarks, including castles, mountains, and magnificent landscapes. In the afternoon, we will go on our first hike, which will be easy and restful. A 2-hour easy walk from the settlement of Štrbské Pleso leads to the Skok waterfall. It is approximately 30 meters high and falls from a rock threshold at an elevation of 1,789 meters (5,869 feet). You can ascend to the top of the waterfall via slippery terrain that is guarded by chains. The trek rewards you with breathtaking views of the mountains and rivers.

Day-02: High Tatra Mountains - chalet and the mountain lake Zelené pleso. Overnight stay at Hotel.

We will begin our moderate climb to the mountain lake Zelené pleso (Green lake) from Biela voda, then cross the valley Dolina Zeleného plesa. It's a fantastic hike through pine forests and alpine meadows, with wonderful views of the surrounding hills. Zelené pleso (Green Lake) is a stunning emerald-colored lake produced by little underwater springs. The 900-meter-high northern face of Maly Kezmarsky peak, Jastrabia Veza, and other peaks in the picturesque valley will take your breath away. For experienced hikers, we can continue from the lodge to the Jahnaci mountain (2220 meters/7312 feet). The terrain and trail up to the peak are tough and chain-secured. From the summit, you will have amazing views of the mountain landscape.

Day-03: Hike to the lake Veľké Hincovo pleso and Kôprovský peak. Overnight stay at Hotel.

We will begin in Štrbské Pleso and hike for around 3 hours to Veľké Hincovo pleso, the largest (200 800 m2) and deepest (53,7m) mountain lake in the Slovak High Tatras. From there, we ascend to Vyšné Kôprovské sedlo and Kôprovský peak. At 2367 meters (7765 ft), Kôprovský summit provides breathtaking views of the High Tatra ridges and valleys. It is one of the most accessible of the High Tatra summits, and the trail winds through one of the most picturesque valleys in the entire mountain range.

Day-04: Slovak Paradise National Park tour. Suchá Belá – gorge. Overnight stay at Hotel.

The national park offers 300 kilometres of walking routes. One of the most beautiful ways is up the dramatic Suchá Belá Gorge, which requires ladders and technical assistance. The hiking track begins in the little settlement of Podlesok and leads us through some of the most beautiful areas of the national park, which are lush with foliage. Wooden and iron ladders, chains, steps, and footbridges, all demanding extra caution, safeguard the gorge's exposed parts. The entire trail passes through the creek Suchá Belá. Depending on the season, the amount of water in streams can be higher, and rocks might be slippery; so, high ankle, waterproof, and anti-slip trekking boots are recommended. You will be treated to breathtaking vistas and rock formations, providing an unforgettable experience. We will also visit Spiš Castle, one of the largest and oldest castles in Central Europe. It was constructed in the 12th century and became the political, administrative, economic, and cultural hub of Szepes County in the Kingdom of Hungary. The castle is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
