Applicant needs to submit original Passport. The passport must have six months of validity after the intended date of departure from all the Schengen member states. The Visa Application form must be filled with all the proper information. The form must be filled with block letters and signed by the applicant. An online visa application form must be filled with the applicant signed.

The photograph must be taken recently with a white background with 60%-70% face coverage and international standard size 3.5X4.5 and set by ICAO and referred by the Schengen States. Applicant must submit the last 3 years Income Tax Return certificate of the company he/she works for. The license must be legalized by legal authorities (If the company sponsors the trip).
Applicant needs to submit an original copy and photocopy of his/her travel health insurance. Travel Health Insurance covers the full length of an applicant’s intended visit. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s. Health insurance must be valid in all Schengen-related countries and amount of 30000 EURO with recognized local insurance companies.
